  • We Need Diverse Books: A website that reviews and promotes recent diverse books. They also have a partnership with Scholastic that allows Scholastic diverse books to be promoted more.
  • Colorful Pages: A website/blog that is ran by a SPS educator. Colorful Pages was created as a resource and blog for educators, families, and librarians to help them select and use multicultural literature with elementary students.
  • Teaching Tolerance: Teaching Tolerance provides free resources to educators—teachers, administrators, counselors and other practitioners—who work with children from kindergarten through high school.
  • Rethinking Schools: Rethinking Schools began as a local effort to address problems such as basal readers, standardized testing, and textbook-dominated curriculum. Since its founding, it has grown into a nationally prominent publisher of educational materials, with subscribers in all 50 states, all 10 Canadian provinces, and many other countries.
